$700-$1,100/month
For individuals seeking traditional or supportive housing in a shared environment.
Includes
- Furnished bedroom (bed, dresser/storage, lamp/lighting)
- Shared kitchen access with basic cookware, dishes, utensils
- Shared bathroom access
- All utilities included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi)
Fee Structure: Non-refundable administrative fee: Half of one month’s rent
Note: Personal toiletries are the responsibility of each resident unless provided by referral partner or support program.
Single-Family Home Rentals
Independent Living
$1,750-$2,400/month
Ideal for families or individuals seeking more independent living arrangements.
Includes
- Full access to entire home (typically 3-4 bedrooms)
- May be furnished or unfurnished depending on property
- Private outdoor spaces and parking
- Flexible lease terms based on needs
Fee Structure: Security deposit and lease terms vary by property
